Elias Morillo founded Improvement Value Group after two decades working on every type of construction project South Florida produces — from single-family gut renovations in Kendall to high-rise commercial fit-outs in Brickell. He earned his Florida State Certified General Contractor license (CGC) and built IVG around a simple operating principle: do the job right the first time, pull every permit, and never pass a problem to the client.
Today, IVG operates with an integrated team that manages residential and commercial projects across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
