Our Process

Pre-Construction

Site analysis, architectural coordination, permit submission, and scheduling — all completed before a single shovel breaks ground.

Foundation & Structure

Site prep, foundation pour, and CBS or wood framing completed to Florida Building Code hurricane requirements.

MEP & Envelope

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins alongside roofing, windows, and exterior finishes — all permitted and inspected at each phase.

04

Finish & CO

Interior finishes, punch list, final inspections, and Certificate of Occupancy. We don't hand over keys until every item is closed.

Yes. If you already have a lot, we can work with your architect or refer you to one, produce a full scope and estimate, and begin the permitting process once plans are approved.
Our contracts cover the full scope of work with detailed specifications, payment schedule tied to construction milestones, permit costs, and a fixed-price agreement. We walk you through every line item before signing.
Yes. All IVG new construction meets or exceeds current Florida Building Code requirements, including impact-resistant openings, hurricane strapping, and wind-rated roofing systems.
