Do outdoor structures require permits in Miami-Dade?

Yes. Covered patios, pergolas, screen enclosures, and summer kitchens all require building permits in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We manage the full permit process so your project is properly documented.

Do your covered structures meet hurricane code?

Yes. All covered structures are engineered and built to current Florida Building Code wind requirements. This is especially important for insurance purposes — unpermitted or non-code structures can void your homeowner's policy.

Can you work with my HOA requirements?

Yes. We review HOA guidelines before finalizing designs and can prepare the documentation required for HOA approval if needed.

Do you install outdoor kitchens with gas lines?

Yes. We coordinate gas line rough-in with licensed plumbers and can install complete outdoor cooking setups including built-in grills, smokers, sinks, and refrigeration.

Can you add a screen enclosure to an existing patio?

Yes. Enclosing an existing patio or pool deck is one of our most common projects. We assess the existing structure, design the enclosure, and pull the necessary permits.
